Itinerary

8:00 am: Depart from your hotel for a full day of exploring Angkor’s ancient temples.

• Angkor Wat: Visit the largest and most important religious temple in Southeast Asia, spanning over 400 km², including the Angkor Archaeological Park.
• Angkor Thom: Explore the great city of the Angkor Empire, including the Baphuon Temple, Royal Enclosure, Elephant Terrace, and Leper King Terrace.
• Bayon Temple: Admire the iconic 4-faced towers of Bayon, a stunning Buddha temple with 196 faces of Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara.

12:00 pm: Lunch at a local restaurant.

• Ta Prohm: Discover the jungle-covered temple famous for its massive tree roots and featured in Tomb Raider.
• Phnom Bakheng: Climb the mountain temple for a panoramic sunset view.
• Return to hotel: After the sunset, walk down and return to the hotel around 6:00 pm or 6:30 pm.

Know Before You Go

• Payment for tour fees can be made in cash at the end of the tour. USD is widely accepted (no credit cards).
• The local currency is the Cambodian Riel (KHR), but USD is often used for pricing.
• ATMs are available throughout Siem Reap for easy cash withdrawals.
• Pregnant women and children under 12 years old are not allowed to climb temple towers.
• Exchange rate is typically KHR 4000 to USD 1.
• Dress code: Wear long pants or jeans and a t-shirt.

By using this site, you agree to be bound by and comply with the terms and conditions contained in this document and any other notices accepted by you on this site. We strongly suggest you read these carefully before proceeding with your purchase, as this constitutes a contract between you (‘Customer’) and us (‘Tour Guides Cambodia’) and clearly outlines the terms you are agreeing to.

Travel Wish to Cancel the Tours & Hotel Booking

A traveler can cancel the tour before the deadline for cancellation. If canceled after this period, cancellation charges will apply, depending on the time of cancellation. The date of trip or booking cancellation is the date on which the written cancellation is received by the company. Cancellation fees are calculated from the day written notification is received by the Company or their authorized travel agent, as a percentage of the total tour price per person, including surcharges but excluding amendment charges and insurance payments.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• 15 days or no-show: 100% charge
• 16 to 24 days: 50% of the tour price
• 25 to 29 days: 10% of the tour price
• 30 days or more: No charge

If you voluntarily leave a trip for any reason after the trip has begun, no refunds will be made. Refunds will be at the discretion of Tour Guides Cambodia if you are involuntarily forced to leave a trip for any reason. Please note, all cancellation charges are not inclusive of any credit card surcharge fees incurred during the first payment transaction.

Why We Do Cancel Your Tours?

Tour Guides Cambodia reserves the right to cancel any trip before it is guaranteed to depart but will not cancel a tour less than 29 days before departure. A trip is guaranteed to run once it has one fully-paid traveler. We also reserve the right to cancel any trip, including a guaranteed trip, at any time prior to departure due to force majeure (such as war, riots, civil disturbances, strikes, natural disasters, terrorist activities, or other external events making it unviable to operate the planned schedule).

In the event of such a cancellation, you will have the option to choose between an alternative trip or a full refund. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking, such as visa fees, vaccination costs, non-refundable flights, etc. If the alternative trip chosen is of a lower value than the original booking, you are entitled to a refund of the price difference. If the alternative trip is of a higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.

We reserve the right to make any necessary changes or corrections to our tours if we identify issues that make it unfeasible to operate as planned (e.g., weather, infrastructure problems). Our goal is to provide the best and smoothest tour experience for all travelers.
