• Tour fees are payable in cash at the end of the tour or in advance. USD is widely accepted, though clean banknotes are recommended.
• The official currency is Cambodian Riel (KHR), with an exchange rate of ~KHR 4,000 = $1 USD.
• ATMs are widely available for cash withdrawals in USD.
• Pregnant women and children under 12 are prohibited from climbing to the top of temple towers.
• Dress code: Long pants and t-shirts are recommended.

Cancellation Policy

• 15 to No Show: 100% charge
• 16-24 days before tour: 50% of the tour price
• 25-29 days before tour: 10% of the tour price
• 30+ days before tour: No charge

If you leave the tour voluntarily, no refunds will be provided. If you’re forced to leave due to unavoidable circumstances, a refund may be considered at the discretion of Tour Guides Cambodia. Cancellation fees do not include credit card transaction charges.

Why We May Cancel Your Tour
Tour Guides Cambodia reserves the right to cancel tours for reasons such as force majeure (e.g., war, natural disasters, political instability, airport closures, etc.). We will not cancel a tour less than 29 days before the scheduled departure, unless in extreme cases. If we cancel, you may choose between an alternative trip or a full refund. Please note, we are not responsible for any incidental costs you may incur due to booking, such as visa fees, vaccinations, or non-refundable flights.

In the event of cancellation, if the alternative trip is of lesser value, we will refund the price difference. If the alternative trip is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference.

Changes and Errors
We reserve the right to correct any errors in tour operations if unforeseen circumstances arise, such as weather conditions or infrastructure problems. We will always do our best to ensure smooth operation of the tour for all travelers.
